Marathon Monday

Ok ok, I haven't been running like I should have!!! Or at all for that matter!!! I know, I know, my bad!!!!

But I plan to make up for that this week!!! I am going to overhaul what we eat as a family and to help me do that I am buying this book.

I weighted myself this morning but I am not brave enough to share that with you all, but I have recorded it in my diary and also I am using this iPhone app to keep track of my weight loss.

IT"S TIME TO GET SERIOUS!!!!
