Headlice SUCK!!!!!!

With the beginning of the school year comes the dreaded Head lice "season".

My children seem to get headlice every time its going around school. I have a pretty goo headlice routine around here now.

Moov Head Lice together with Moov ambassador Nicole Livingstone, former Olympic swimmer and mum of 3, are trying to help reduce the stigma attached to having headlice, dispel the myths and get people talking about it, instead of shying away from the subject.

Over 1000 mums (of 4-12yr olds) were surveyedand 57% of these mums admited that they were uncomfortable talking about thier childrens head lice with anyone, including the schools and other parents.

I have to admit that until recently I was one of those mums.

The same survey showed that 72% of mums struggled to break the headlice cycle and felt thier school had a chronic head lice problem and that 48% of parents don't tell thier school when their child has head lice.

The Moov Head Lice Survey focuses on the psychological effects of diagnosis on children and parents, rather than prevention and treatment. Using the information gathered in the survey Moov Head Lice is runningan education program called "Defend your class". You can find out more over at their website, HERE

My daughter has been getting lice quite a bit this last year. Whenever she gets them, I treat my hair as well as her's, as I don't want to give up snuggling with her and would hate her to think that she was being treated different because of having lice. I have tried a few products, but have went back to Moov products, because they do the job!

There are several ways of getting rid of lice including electric comb, shampoos and conditioners. In lice removal salons you can easily eliminate all the lice and nits without paining and itching.
